Just wanted to thank you, and everyone else involved in last Saturday’s conference. It was wonderful! Well-organized, great sessions (We particularly enjoyed the one on characterization), and the keynote speakers were terrific—well-organized, thoughtful, accessible for kids but didn’t talk down to them, either (I learned a lot, too!). And the food was great, too (how nice to see some fresh fruit as well as the usual treats)
A day like that doesn’t happen without a lot of hard work beforehand, and we both wanted you to know how much we appreciated the day, the lovely gifts (journal, magazines, the book we won in the raffle), and the spirit behind it all, of encouraging young artists and writers.
