1. CLICK HERE for Online Individual Membership: Click on the individual membership option of your choice and follow the prompts to complete your online RALC registration and payment. Please note, that you may need to create a password using this option.
2. CLICK HERE for Online Group Membership (for a group of 5 or more): EACH person will need to fill out & submit their own form. You can pay by mailing in your group's payment check/district PO or by paying using PayPal. Link your payment to RALC using our email at [email protected]. Please add a note listing each member in your group's membership when you pay using PayPal or send in via snail mail.

and mail to RALC with a check or district PO.
